Hello everyone. I just bought my first sweet house and I'm looking for renters to make it rock even more. Its pretty big at 2500 sqft with a nice backyard and neighborhood. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Four of the bedrooms are available now. The price is 400 or 500 depending on size, but don't get me wrong, they're huge bedrooms. Largest available room is 15x14, second largest are two twin rooms at 12x13, and the smallest is 9x10. Best parts of the house are: Very large kitchen (16x14) with dishwasher, modern electric stove and fridge, plenty of cabinet space. Dining room with 20 ft ceiling (that's right) 2 Living rooms. 1 AZ Living room (22x13) for all your hangout needs. Another living room (16x18). 2.5 car garage (30x22) with washer/dryer and lots of storage space. Large driveway outside for 4 cars. 3 Large modern bathrooms. Huge walnut tree outside in the backyard with lots of shade. Light Rail Coming soon: This house is right near the starting line of the new lightrail. All students can use the rail for free and it goes as far as west phoenix. That makes the trip to asu very short and easy, as well as other important places like the airport. Near MCC and ASU: I always recommend to people I know that they attend MCC instead of ASU for their core classes. All classes transfer and are roughly 1/9th the tuition of ASU at MCC. There is no drop in quality, and in my experience, MCC is actually more individual education. This house is very close to MCC, and since there are no dorms there, you'd need something like this. Its common sense really. Near Future Plans (as soon as I have stable renters): Putting in a new backyard brick wall. Putting in a backyard in-ground pool. Current Status: I am right now closing my mortgage. After this, I'll spend 2 days getting the house in shape (carpets, washing tiles, cleaning up yard, etc). Realistically you would be able to move in any time after august 5. Rent Stuff: I have managed 2 renter houses for over 5 years so I know what I'm doing. I am meticulous in finances and keep records of everything to the cent. Utilities is always split between the renters evenly for all essential utilities like electricity, water, and cable internet (anything else may be split if we all agree, like cable tv, bottled water service etc) Deposit of $400 is required, and a lease agreement must be signed. I am very flexable on leases, so if you have a specific situation (like leaving for home during winter break) I can accomidate. I know how inflexable it is to be a renter sometimes. Pets: Cats and birds are fine in doors (I have a sweet cockatiel). Smaller dogs may be acceptable in the house. Larger dogs may be acceptable but only in the back yard. Also you must be financially stable and show you're not going to have rent problems. This is my first house, so I am going to make sure everything is smooth and we all get along.
